Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

Shipping Times
Once processed, estimated shipping times are:

Gold Coast: FREE shipping, 1-3 business days
Rest of Australia: 3-5 business days via Australia Post
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at checkout)

We do not currently ship internationally.

During the holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. We're working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking
All orders include tracking via Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Late Shipments
Once the product has been shipped, please contact Australia Post directly if your shipment has passed the estimated delivery date. If you're still having trouble, email us at hello@shiftskincare.com.au and we'll do our best to help sort it out.
